Defeating Imposter Syndrome
Free Leadership Masterclass
Friday 7 November
The Battle for Confidence Starts Here
Self-doubt can affect even the strongest leaders. This masterclass brings together Organisational Psychologist Cliff Morgan and Olympian-turned-entrepreneur Toby Jenkins OLY for a powerful, practical conversation on what it truly takes to overcome imposter syndrome and lead with confidence.
Why This Matters
Even the most capable leaders can experience moments of self-doubt, including some of the world’s best. Despite their achievements, they may still question whether they truly deserve their success. Imposter syndrome is common among high performers, particularly those stepping into senior roles or aiming for promotion. It can erode confidence, fuel overthinking, and create an ongoing sense of pressure to prove oneself.
Left unchecked, imposter syndrome holds leaders back from new opportunities, limits their impact, and makes success feel more stressful than rewarding.
A Conversation that Goes Deeper
In this interactive masterclass, Organisational Psychologist Cliff Morgan will be joined by Olympian and entrepreneur Toby Jenkins OLY for an engaging conversation about what it really takes to overcome imposter syndrome.
Drawing on his experience competing at the highest level of sport, Toby shares valuable insights into mindset, performance, and resilience. Together, they will explore how imposter feelings show up in leadership, what drives them, and how to shift from self-doubt to self-belief. Drawing on psychology, performance science, and lived experience, they will share practical strategies to help leaders strengthen their confidence, reframe limiting beliefs, and lead with clarity and conviction.
An Interactive Experience
This masterclass is designed to be a conversation, not a lecture. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and engage throughout the session.
Cliff and Toby welcome questions from participants both before and during the live masterclass. Whether it is a personal experience of self-doubt, a leadership challenge, or curiosity about performance psychology, each question helps deepen the discussion and foster shared learning.
Bring your questions, experiences, and curiousity – this is your chance to be part of the conversation
