Cliff is passionate about partnering with leaders and their organisations, helping them to unlock their potential and perform at their peak. A registered organisational psychologist with over a decade of service with the Royal Australian Air Force, he brings a wealth of experience that provides him a unique perspective to assist his clients. His approach combines his military discipline and focus with the application of psychology in a way that challenges mindsets, influences culture and empowers people.

As a coach, he has worked with military commanders, business leaders, lawyers, and professional services consultants. In a consulting capacity, he has experience in organisational culture, leadership development, employee engagement and peak performance programs. He derives great satisfaction in seeing those he works with achieve success, knowing that his contribution has made a difference.

Mara has a strategic mind and a unique way of harnessing the power of language to distil complex messages, making them simple and applicable to real-life situations. A strong operations professional and program management specialist, Mara is also the Business Manager of Lumian Consulting, ensuring the business is a well-oiled machine, and clients receive the best possible service.

In her spare, or not so spare time, she is a Mum to two beautiful girls and enjoys taking out the week’s stresses on the hockey field.

Emily is passionate about enabling people to deliver their best performance in their professional lives whilst also maintaining awareness and balance in their personal lives. A registered psychologist with over two decades of service with the Australian Regular Army, she draws on her first-hand experience of what it means to be a resilient, ethical and effective leader. Emily began her career as a Logistic Operations Manager, embarking on a career change when she discovered her skill for unlocking human potential.

Emily has worked across a variety of managerial appointments, from leading small teams to acting as a trusted advisor for larger parts of the organisation. Her career has enabled her to develop the skills required to analyse problems, develop practical solutions and ensure appropriate action is taken. As an experienced facilitator, she has trained thousands of military members in resilience. Emily has published her research on running effective meetings and has presented at conferences her research on maritime safety. Emily combines her experience with research from a range of disciplines in order to develop bespoke products to benefit your organisation.

Simon is passionate about working with senior leaders and assisting them to adjust to the responsibilities and stressors of executive leadership; helping them develop both people and organisational capability in their chosen industry. Simon brings over 30 years of experience with the Royal Australian Air Force, including tours as Commanding Officer, a range of Operational Service both domestically and abroad, prior to becoming Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander of the Combat Support Group.

In 2015, Simon discharged from active duty and took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of Mates4Mates, a charity providing support to injured and ill, current and former members of the Australian Defence Force. Since 2017, Simon has balanced his civilian consulting commitments with active involvement with the Air Force Reserves. He continues to provide executive coaching, mentorship and training to both new and senior Commanders and their teams. Drawing on his extensive military and civilian leadership experience, he has a unique ability to assist leaders in thinking strategically about the development of high-performing organisations through organisational resilience and leadership development at every level.
