Empower Your Team to Make a Difference

Every year, one in five adults experience a common mental health challenge. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips individuals with the knowledge and confidence to offer support when needed.

Like physical first aid, this evidence-based course helps participants recognise the signs of mental health issues, provide initial assistance, and guide individuals toward appropriate professional support.

What is Mental Health First Aid?

Our accredited MHFA training teaches participants how to assist adults experiencing a mental health concern, whether an emerging issue or a crisis. Just as physical first aid offers immediate care for physical injuries, MHFA prepares you to offer support until professional help is available or the situation improves. Delivered by certified MHFA instructors, participants will learn to:

  • Recognise early warning signs of mental health concerns.
  • Respond to crises like panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, or traumatic events.
  • Providing initial support and connecting individuals to appropriate professional help.

Why Choose MHFA Training?

  • Build Confidence: Learn to navigate sensitive conversations and support others effectively.
  • Intervene Early: Recognize warning signs and provide timely support to those in need.
  • Break Stigma: Foster a culture of understanding and support around mental health in your workplace or community.
  • Practical Impact: Become a certified MHFAider, prepared to respond to real-life situations.

Who Should Attend?

Our program is for individuals aged 18+, including:

  • Workplace teams
  • Volunteer groups
  • Community leaders
  • Anyone passionate about supporting mental health and well-being
